How is a Mind Coaching session done?

Mind Coaching is perfect for individuals and groups. Focusing on your personal, business, relationships, health, and on anything your mind is dealing with, which is everything!

Sessions can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype. Each session is 60 minutes, with unlimited texts and emails for updating and quick questions.

On our session we work together to address what is most important to you, now! We find, clear and change inner conversations that are not serving you, not creating the results you want (in personal and in business life), then match new ones, attaching actions and results. Every session, our end results, is for you to gain greater clarity, direction and motivation to do more and better in your daily life!

It's important that you know that I have been where you are now. I had a lot of dilemmas, and I needed someone to show me the way to a better life. I chose coaching and became a client. What is the difference between coaching and therapy or counseling?

Therapy and counseling seek to understand past wounds and strive to heal them. Coaching is the tool used to accelerate goal achievement. Focus is on the present and achievement of your goals for the future. Coaching is active collaboration.
