Mind Coaching Sessions take 60 minutes and can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype.

My practice hours are:

Mon-Thu 9 am - 8 pm
Fri  9 am - 4 pm
Sun 9 am - 4 pm

By hiring me as your coach, I will:

  • Provide support and structure to help you accomplish your goals.
  • Challenge you to define what you want to achieve and the obstacles that keep you from your goals.
  • Always listen closely and give you honest feedback.
  • Keep you better focused to produce results more quickly.
  • Hold you accountable to make sure you live up to your potential.
  • Record sessions (only with your approval) so you can receive additional insights and answers through repeated listening.
  • Provide email support between appointments.
  • Provide two 15-minutes power phone calls between appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality.

By working with you as a client, you will:
